[sahughes-rpms 3] New: webalizer-2.01_10-11

Today I made public webalizer-2.01_10-11, a custom package of Webalizer, a
popular web server log analysis program.

As the changelog below suggests, the main custom changes to this package
were made in December of 2002, but this is the first time I have built
RPMs for these Linux OS releases.

- Use db4.
- Remove webalizer.conf.sample file during build.
- Rebuilt on fc2, fc1, rh3 and rh9.

- Remove full paths from webalizer.current, webalizer.hist and
  dns_cache.db entries in default webalizer.conf, to enable use
  with alternative configuration files by a non-root user.
- Use db3.
- Noreplace default config file.
- Tidied up some file permissions.

RPMs have been made available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (AS/ES) 3
[rh3], Fedora Core 2 [fc2], Fedora Core 1 [fc1] and Red Hat Linux 9 [rh9].

A webalizer-ja RPM is also available, which has been configured and
packaged for Japanese output.
