[sahughes-rpms 9] New: mod_cband-0.9.7.5

Hello.

I have just uploaded mod_cband for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 (rh4) and 5
(rh5).

"mod_cband is an Apache 2 module provided to solve the problem of limiting
virtual hosts bandwidth usage. When the configured virtual host's transfer
limit is exceeded, mod_cband will redirect all further requests to a
location specified in the configuration file."

I have recently starting using this package within my own server
configurations, and have found it to be most useful.

These packages are merely rebuilds of the Fedora 7 (fc7) source package.
